Welcome to ccKlay! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and ccKlay (a product of ccMonet.AI). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using ccKlay on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

1. Service Description

ccKlay is an AI-powered intelligent expense management application that provides the following core features:

  • Smart recognition and information extraction from receipts and invoices
  • Automatic expense categorization and multi-currency conversion
  • Expense report generation and export
  • Cloud data synchronization
  • Team collaboration and approval workflows (Pro version)

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

Using ccKlay services requires creating an account. During registration you need to:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Create a secure password
  • Provide accurate and truthful information

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account, including:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Not sharing your account with others
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to ccKlay (receipts, invoices, expense reports, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license only to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the service
  • Adjust content format for technical compatibility
  • Share with third parties as you direct

3.2 Our Intellectual Property

The ccKlay application, brand, trademarks, design, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. Without authorization, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software
  • Reverse engineer the service
  • Use our trademarks or brand identities

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using ccKlay, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload false, forged, or fraudulent financial documents
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt normal service operation
  • Use automated tools to mass harvest data
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Pricing

ccKlay offers a free version and paid Pro version. Current pricing:

  • Free: $0/month, 10 receipts per month limit
  • Pro: $4.99/month, unlimited receipts and advanced features

5.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, with automatic renewal
  • Prices may change with advance notice
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscription: Refund available within the first month
  • Annual Subscription: Refund available within 30 days
  • For refunds, contact support@ccklay.com

6. Service Changes and Termination

6.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or improve service features at any time
  • Suspend or terminate part or all of the service
  • Provide advance notice for significant changes

6.2 Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
  • Overdue paid subscription
  • Security risks or fraudulent behavior

7. Disclaimers

ccKlay services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Continuous availability or uninterrupted operation of the service
  • 100% accuracy of AI recognition results
  • Any financial decision consequences resulting from your use of the service
  • Issues with third-party services (e.g., app stores, payment processing)
  • Data loss due to your negligence

Important Note: ccKlay provides expense management tools and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Please consult professionals for such advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some limitations above may not apply to you

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Please first contact support@ccklay.com to attempt friendly resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore
  • Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to Singapore courts

10. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified through:

  • In-app push notifications
  • Email notifications
  • Website announcements

Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
